Bethel Temple Church of God In Christ (COGIC), is a local church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For a while, they knew they wanted a website, and after an exhaustive search, they decided to work with Jessie's Consulting. Based on an analysis of the request, Jessie's Consulting recommended a Gold Package that will display their founding and current history, calendar of events, and ways individuals can contact the church staff.

The challenge was creating a site for a variety of ages represented in their congregation. Having a website to host all of their Bible Studies, Live Videos, and more was ideal for the members.

The process with this development was multiple zoom meetings (thanks to COVID). Bethel Temple shared their color scheme but was willing to change it. While designing I thought why change it all the way? Instead, I decided to choose a lighter color of the same color scheme to keep things consistent. Also, thinking about members visiting their website, Jessie's Consulting didn't think it was best to confuse them. On this website, you'll find the Pastor and First Lady welcoming all visitors (warm and welcoming). While designing, Jessie's kept asking herself if this was something she will seek while browsing their site.

The final project was completed in 8 weeks. Bethel Temple provided all content for their website. The website came with standard SEO services, which is highly recommended. Bethel Temple can now increase their prayer requests from visitors and inform visitors which events are taking place, without having them present to verbally hear the announcements.

Meek and Chic Jewelry

Meek and Chic Jewelry was establishing a business but needed a website to reach and increase their customers. This client did not know where to start, all she knew was that she wanted a website. Prior to our meeting in person, Jessie's Consulting instructed the Owner of Meek and Chic Jewelry to research a couple of websites and think of a budget. Meek and Chic is a handmade jewelry boutique located in Milwaukee, WI.

The Challenge was having the content to create the website and guessing what new clients would look for or show interest in the most.

The Process with this project was meeting in person once, then proceeded to Zoom meetings. Meek and Chic already had their logo and a color scheme, but needed a domain. The owner shared she wanted the website clean and easy to use. Jessie's Consulting shared two "demos" for the owner to choose from. During the building time, the owner sent all the inventory and Jessie's Consulting created a "store" entered inventory, updated all pictures, and helped with descriptions.

The Final project was completed in 6 weeks. Meek and Chic Jewelry now has a home where all item are displayed and she can direct customers to her e-Commerce website. The website includes social media handles as well. Jessie's Consulting transferred the website via Zoom during a 3 hour transfer meeting. The website has included a favicon, standard SEO set up, and 30 day free changes.

So Real It Looks Fake

So Real it Looks Fake is a Women Black- Owned Workout Apparel store located in San Diego, CA. Clanese, the owner, approached me with a "Rush" Request.

The Challenge was needing a never designed website in four weeks!

The Process with this project was meeting over the phone and on Zoom (again this client lived two time zones away from me :) Our initial conversation happened at 5 PM on the phone. During this call Clanese shared what she was looking for, even provided some website I looked at while speaking with her. She informed me the website was needed ASAP due to a new launch she had for some attire and her following was growing on social media. So Real It Looks Fake (SRILF) did have a domain, Jessika started the process of the domain being transferred to the new hosting site.

Jessie's Consulting decided that a Landing Page "Coming Soon" would be appropriate during the build process. The landing page took less than 72 hours to build and published at the date SRILF wanted. Clanese and Jessika (Jessie's Consulting) talked every other day to ensure a quick turnaround with no errors. . All attire and descriptions were provided via email to Jessika for the "store". Jessika assisted with determining pricing for items.

The Final project was completed in three weeks. The e-Commerce website brought in great clients for SRILF. SRILF purchased the additional maintenance, has the standard SEO, and updated every other month by Jessie's Consulting.

Greater Works Enterprise, LLC

Greater Works Enterprises, LLC was already established but looking to add a website to the brand. Greater Works Enterprise, LLC is a Human Resource Consultant/ Career Coach in Greensboro, NC.

The Challenge was taking all services provided and displaying it on one page without the page being so "long" and knowing exactly what her audience will look for (thinking of SEO).

The Process with this project was meeting solely on Zoom. Jessie's Consulting met with the Owner and her assistant to discuss ideas and exactly what Greater Works Enterprise was looking for. Greater Works already had their domain, Jessie's Consulting started the transfer process and added "privacy" to their domain. Greater Works provided all content needed and shared with Jessika, a subscription her clients can purchase if needed. Jessika delivered and added a subscription service during the build process. Greater Works agreed to a 2 page website once Jessika shared the subscription services page. Like others, Keisha (Founder of Greater Works Enterprise, LLC) was able to choose from "demos" the idea she liked best.

The Final project was completed in 3 weeks. Jessie's Consulting transferred the website via Zoom during a 2 hour transfer meeting. The website has included a favicon, standard SEO set up, and 30 day free changes. Greater Works Enterprises, LLC can now reach more clients needed resume help and take bookings online.
